That's why I Kept a tattoo 'Aswathama' - Naga Shaurya

Naga Shaurya starring as the hero in the film Ashwathama produced by Usha Mulpuri under Ira Creations Banner. The film is slated to release on January 31. Mehreen played the lead role in the film. Naga Shaurya spoke to media on the occasion of the movie release.

There is no emotional film like 'Ashwathama' In your career. You are coming up with a movie like this for the first time. How are you feeling?

Yes, For the first time in my career I am playing a serious and emotional role at this level. I feel very emotional doing a film on girls in the society. The film itself came out very well. We're very satisfied with the output. Certainly this movie is loved by audiences.

In the pre-release event, you said that you learned a lot while doing the film. What have you learned?

The reason I gave such a big statement is a lot of things have come to my attention from the time I was writing this film. The personalities around us have changed a lot from film to budget. Some went away, others came and met. I will never forget this movie. hence I kept a tattoo Ashwathama.

You wrote the story yourself. How did you write your character in the movie. And how were the rest of the characters designed?

Every character in this movie is crucial. Each character has an Importance. The villain roll, in particular, is very powerfull. Also my roll can be very emotional as well.

The technicians who worked on the film were newcomers. Doesn't seem risky?

Our director and our cameramen are all newcomers who worked in the film. I would have done injustice If I don’t give a chance who have talent. Because when I was new, Sai Korrapati sir gave me a chance. All those who have talent must get a Chance.

You have become a Writer. You are writing a story for yourself. And why don't you want to direct your film yourself?

I don’t have any idea to direct a film. I don’t have that idea in this moment also. But before going to shoot we will discus about each shot.

You have a good Lover Boy image. Why you want to try new zoner movies instead of your zoner movies?

I have already done so many love stories and got bored. Don't want to make the same old love stories. That also means I want to prove that I can play any role in my career. It was an attempt I made to grow as an actor. I have reinvented myself with "Aswathama".

 What about your next films?

I have a few projects in my production house. Right now I am also writing a new love story. However, with that new love story, we are planning to make a movie in our banner. I am eagerly waiting for the release of 'Aswaththama’.
