Manu Gives a New Feel to the Audience - Raja Gautham

Brahmanandam's son Raja Gautham and Chandini Chowdary starring as the main lead roles for the film 'Manu`. The film is produced as a Crowd Funded film under Nirvana Cinemas and is directed by Phanindra Narshetty. On the occasion of the movie release on September 7 Raja Gautham spoke to media.

How long did it take to make this film?
Madhuram is my favorite short films I have ever seen. I made a phone call to appreciate Phanindra for his work in Madhuram. We met in a coffee shop and Then he told me about 'Manu' for 15 minutes. I traveled with him on a month-long journey. One day, Phani sent me a message saying You are doing Manu's role. From then it had been three years to complete the movie. 

How did your father feel after listening to the story? 
Daddy knows that I am doing a movie which I liked and he doesn't know the rest. I just focused on the type of scripts to select after Basanthi movie. This is the main reason why I took time for my next to release.   

Tell about the Director?
I know about the story and the director working skills. The whole movie team put their 100 percent into the film to impress the audience. I am sure enough that Manu would bring a new experience to the audience.  

Tell about Manu?
Manu is a romantic mystery. The audience had a huge belief in Phanindra. We took this story to the producers and they rejected the story since its experimental film. Then Phanindra had an idea of making it a crowd-funded film and posted it on Facebook. 1 crore rupees collected within 4 days.
 
Tell about your next movies?
There are two stories but I will finalize a script after Manu release.
