What is your character in the film?

I play a loan collector in the film who makes a sketch to capture the absconding victims who are due paying their car loans. I then get into a fight with a stalwart and the story takes a turn from then on. This an out and out commercial film and the dialogues and fights are very realistic. The climax is quite new and there are quite good turning points in the film

Are there any real incidents?

Director Vijay Chander wrote the story 7 years ago and accordingly, he visited some of the places where local gundas were residing and developed the story accordingly. You can say that the story is based on true incidents

What’s Tamanna’s role in the film?

Tamanna plays a Brahmin girl in the film and there’s a good chemistry between us.

What’s new in the story?

There’s no message in the film and the character is quite new. There’s definite difference between my previous films and this one. Telugu and Tamil audience will surely watch the film.

When’ll you make a film in Telugu?

Wherever I get a good chance,I’ll make a film there. After Bahubali, Telugu cinema has become Indian cinema but I’m currently making a Hindi film.My son is remaking Arjun Reddy in Telugu and there’s quite a good scope for acting for him.

When’s your film with Shankar?

I’ve just done ‘I’ right, so it’ll take me some time.

What are your next films?

I’m making a film with Gautam Menon titled ‘Dhruva Nakshatram’ and ‘Sami Square’. There’s going to be a thriller under Mr.Kamal sir’s banner and the announcement for ‘Karna’ will be out in February. This is a 300 crore film and I’m gearing up for it.
