Megastar Deep Condolences to Gollapudi's Death

Megastar Chiranjeevi said that his relationship with Gollapudi Maruthirao was like a student and teacher. He expressed deep shock over his death. “ I attended the Gollapudi Srinivas Award function organized in the name of his son. Then I got the chance to meet him again. He was healthy. Meanwhile, we didn't expect his death. When I made the film I Love You in 1979, the film's producer Bhavanna Rayana sir introduced me to Gollapudi Maruthi Rao. Gollapudi was already a big writer,   and journalist. He sent me to learn the dialogues from him. I had learned dialogues from Gollapudi in classes. That fun introduction made us friendly. Whenever there was space, I used to go to him in T.Nagar. He would tell me many literary things. It is interesting to hear about his past, his great poets and writers. It was through him that I got to know the great writers of literature. It is very sad that such a great multitalented person, lyricist, great actor Gollapudi Maruthi Rao is gone. It is a desperate deficit not just for their family, but for the cine world. I wish peace and condolences to their family members.
