Age old formula of a commercial crowd puller has been Hero vs Villain, but director Shankar is taking a more sophisticated approach. In his upcoming film Robo 2.0, Akshay Kumar is not necessarily a villain but an anti-hero. The audience will start identifying and rooting for the cause of this anti-villain as well, says a source in the know. Akshay Kumar will be fighting against technology as he sees it is a threat to the mankind.
