AR Rahman Turns Producer& Writer

One of the most talented music directors AR Rahman is all set to debut as a film producer and writer for a love story titled 99 songs. Rahman took to Twitter to announce about this saying “I am very excited to announce the release of my very first film as a producer and writer, 99 songs, a young, passionate love story with music as its soul. My production company, YM Movies is thrilled to have Jio Studios as a partner on its first venture."

99 songs will be released in theatres worldwide on 21st June in three languages, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu. The film is being directed by Vishwesh Krishnamoorthy. He also thanked the audience for the love, support, and encouragement on him.
