Its Adaptation not a Remake- Pawan Kumar

Samantha, Aadi Pinisetti and Bhumika Chawla starring as the main lead role in the film U-Turn are directed by Pawan Kumar. Sreenivasa Chitturi and Rambabu Bandaru are producing the film under Sri Srinivasa Silver screen and VY Combined banner. This movie released on September 13th on the occasion of Vinayaka Chavithi and recorded huge collections at the box office. Director Pawan Kumar spoke to media about the film.

Does the story is based on the real life?
The double road U-Turn flyover was there in Banglore and some incidents used to happen there. I have traveled 4 to 5 years on the flyover. One day I got an idea and developed the U-Turn story.

Did you feel bored doing a remake?
U-Turn is not a remake, Its an adaptation. The last 30 minutes is completely different in Telugu. The movie is shot with low budget as an experimental film in Kannada. But we took larger than life in Telugu with high technicalities. 

Have you done any researches on ghosts?
Ghost is a guilt that will arise if we do any mistakes. We have shown this guilt as a ghost in the film.

Will you direct an universal subject in bilingual?
If I get good script and technicians I will definitely work.
