Sumanth Ashwin is going to play the lead role in the film. Ekkadaki Potavu CHinnavada fame Nanditha Swetha is the female lead in the film. Jamba Lakadi Pamba fame Siddhi Idani is one more female lead in the film.

Film producer Sudarshan Reddy said, "Prema Katha Chitram" from RP Creations banner is a Trend Setter. Prema Kadha CHitram 2 will be the third movie from our banner. Director Hari Kishan is going to debut for this movie.
