Mohan Babu sentenced to jail!!

Filmstar and Producer Mohan Babu has been sentenced one-year jail by the Erramanjil court in Hyderabad. In 2010, film director YVS Chowdary filed a case regarding 40 lakh check bounce. On Tuesday Mohan Babu was sentenced to one-year imprisonment by the court. The court allotted a fine of 10,000 rupees to Lakshmi Prasanna pictures and one-year imprisonment to Mohan Babu. He has to pay a fine of Rs 41 lakhs 75 thousand rupees to YVS.

Earlier YVS Chowdary directed Manchu Vishnu's film, Saleem. Mohan Babu issued a check to YVS for that film. Since that check bounced. He went to court. After nine years of investigation, Court sentenced Mohan Babu nine years in judicial custody. Mohan Babu has already filed a bail application for this case. Recently Mohan Babu joined as a member of YCP.
