Chiyaan Vikram is the biggest saving factor of the movie. The actor did well in every scene.Tamannah is fit for the glamour role in the film and she hardly had any scope for the performance in the masala entertainer.

Thaman’s melodies are soothing. The Cinematography, editing, etc, have been taken care of, not venturing too much but the camera work appeared nice.

On a whole, the film is an interesting watch.

స్కెచ్ – సరిగా వేయలేదు

సినిమాకి ప్రధాన ప్లస్ పాయింట్ సెకండాఫ్. ఇందులోనే అసలు కథ మొదలవుతుంది. అలాగే చిత్ర క్లైమాక్స్ అస్సలు ఊహించని విధంగా ఉంటుంది.

ఇక విక్రమ్ తన సహజ నటనతో చాలా చోట్ల ఇంప్రెస్ చేయగా యాక్షన్ సన్నివేశాలు, థమన్ బ్యాక్ గ్రౌండ్ స్కోర్ ఆకట్టుకున్నాయి. సినిమాలో కొత్తది అనదగిన కథ లేకపోవడమే పెద్ద మైనస్.దర్శకుడు విజయ్ చందర్ పాత తరహా కథ, విసిగించే స్క్రీన్ ప్లేతో చిత్రాన్ని పెద్దగా ఆకట్టుకోని విధంగా తయారుచేశారు. ఒక్క క్లైమాక్స్ విషయంలో తప్ప ఎక్కడా దర్శకుడ్ని మెచ్చుకునే ఆస్కారం దొరకలేదు.

మొత్తం మీద దర్శకుడు సరిగా వేయలేకపోయిన ఈ స్కెచ్ కొత్తదనాన్ని, ఎంటర్టైన్ చేయగల కంటెంట్ ను ఆశించేవారిని పెద్దగా సంతృప్తి పరచదు.

Sketch Fails

Vikram just breezes through his role with an ease that only he can. Tamannah has a typical heroine role in the movie. However, she doesn’t go the dumb bimbo route which is good for a change. Director Vijay Chander has a straightforward film in hand that needed a sharper execution. He does the best, but the predictability aspect never lets the movie thoroughly engaging.

The first half of the movie is flat out boring with very few pleasant moments. The second half again takes a predictable turn of events. It is only towards the very end that we realise there is something else in the store. But it is very late at that time.

Overall, Sketch is a below average fare, the end notwithstanding.
